     Joshua Muzik is the newest member of the 1st Team at 1st United Realty of Detroit Lakes.  Josh grew up in Detroit Lakes and after graduating High School, went on the attend the Alexandria Technical College obtaining an Associate Degree from the Carpentry Program. Now, in attition to being a Minnesota licensed contractor, Josh is a Minnesota licensed realtor.  He understands both the construction of buildings and the costs involved in construction and area property values.  Using the tools available to him, he will give you a fair assessment of your property's value and the costs you will encounter in it's sale, or when purchasing property, what the property is actually worth.

     Josh was inspired to enter the real estate and construction fields after working on his father's building crews for over eight years while still in high school and college when his father's company, Best Bilt Homes, was building and setting up Dynamic Homes.  Josh is now the owner of Best Bilt Homes and remains the area builder/dealer for Dynamic Homes in the Detroit Lakes and surrounding area.  Now as a licensed realtor, he can not only help you design and build the home of your dreams, but has the tools available to help you sell an existing home or locate the building lot for your next home.

     Josh is also an outdoor enthusiast  and an avid hunter, fisherman and sport enthusiast participating in area events like softball and baseball.  If you need to know where the fish are biting, ask Josh.  If he does not know, he will know someone who can tell you.

     Josh is married to the former Anna Hagedorn of Detroit Lakes and with his wife resides in Country Haven Estates just outside of Detroit Lakes.
